Connect Apple Health to Claude

Add HealthSync as a custom connector in Claude and ask about your Apple Watch workouts, down to the heartbeat. A few clicks, no export.

What you need

Step by step

  1. Open Connectors

In Claude, open Settings. Under Customize, choose Connectors, then the Add button, top right.

Claude's settings, Connectors page, with the list of connectors and an Add button in the top right corner.
  2. Name it and paste the address

  7. Ask

Start a new chat and ask whether you are getting faster. Claude calls list_workouts on its own.

Your first question

Is my easy pace getting faster at the same heart rate since August?

healthsync · list_workouts running · 2026-08-01 → 2026-09-15 · 22 workouts

A little. Over 17 runs of 4 km or more, intervals aside, you cover 1.22 m per heartbeat in September against 1.19 in August: 2 % more, which is 8 seconds per kilometre at 130 bpm, 6:18 instead of 6:26. The standout is the 10th: 8.1 km with 181 m of climbing at 6:14/km and 127 bpm, your most efficient run of the two months. Seven September runs is a short sample; ask again in October.

Questions about Claude

Does this work in Claude Desktop and Claude Code too?

Yes. A connector added on claude.ai is available in Claude Desktop and loads automatically in Claude Code under the same account, with the same approval.

Claude cannot see this morning's run. Why?

The app syncs when it opens and in the background when iOS lets it. Open HealthSync once and ask again.

How do I cut Claude off?

In the HealthSync app, revoke the connection. The token is gone on the server, and Claude gets a 401 on its next call.
